Croix d’Or 6 comprises two historical buildings of the early 20th century. Together, they connect the Old Town to the City Centre. Inspired by Art Nouveau, the facades facing the commercial street give a distinct character. On Rue de la Madeleine, the exterior walls and windows integrate seamlessly into the historic city centre.
Croix d’Or 6 also benefits from the preservation of the primary energy used during its construction and various transformations. Façades will be restored to their original appearance and existing materials will be reused during the renovation work.

Anchored in a modern, sustainable approach, the upgrade underway is a complete renovation of the shop’s interior, office spaces, and technical and energy installations. Scheduled for completion in 2026, the building will provide an exceptional technical infrastructure, optimising energy consumption and reducing its environmental impact.
